Born into one of the most famous organized crime families known, your host, Anthony Ruggiano Jr. was raised by the men of Murder Inc. He is the son of Gambino Mob Boss Anthony &quot;Fat Andy&quot; Ruggiano who was under the tutelage of Albert Anastasia. Fat Andy was the youngest person to become a made member during a time when the mafia books were closed. He was only 25. 
Anthony Jr shares his first hand experiences of what it was like being the son of a gangster from the highest of the highs to the lowest of the lows in his life La Cosa Nostra.  Anthony is passionate about helping the younger generation avoid making the same mistakes he made by believing that a life of crime could possibly have a glamorous side. Anthony went back to school and has remained clean from drugs and alcohol for the past thirty two years. As a behavioral therapist every day he helps people stay off drugs and alcohol.
